Our mission involves following Jesus, reaching people, equipping educators and communities, and changing lives through Biblical, transformative worship.
HOW WE
MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Worship Impact Group is a collective of disciple makers, worship leaders, and musicians aiming to:Advance Christian worship, discipleship, and excellence within community frameworks.Resource devotional, disciple-making, and outreaching initiatives of local, national, and international churches and faith gatherings.Equip worship vocalists, instrumentalists, music producers, worship technologists, songwriters, and team leaders in live events, virtual resources, mentoring, and consultancy contexts.
WORSHIP
We all worship, so our goal is to focus teams, individuals, and ministries to a biblical directive for worship - giving them custom processes that will disciple those leading and those being led. When we have the right target, we can see the transformative power of biblical worship in our homes, our families, and our church
IMPACT
Developing leaders and empowering God's people to fulfill their purpose creates an impact that can only be described as transformative. Our desire is to help raise up leaders individually, corporately, and within families while resourcing and investing into a consistent environment for ongoing worship biblically, functionally, musically and relationally.
Praise Team
TRACKS
Worship Impact recognizes the dynamic environment of the small to medium church worship team and our goal is to serve the local church with access to hymns and specific songs with simplified arrangements that can be customized to what instruments you do or don’t have from week to week. Our goal is to streamline and stabilize a consistent sound for your ministry even when all your team can’t make it. This is a service that is in development and working its way through the legalities of licensing and copyright.
GET AHEAD WITH
TRAINING
Worship Impact wants to step into the challenges your ministry might be facing in the worship team by assessing common points of opportunistic growth and setting plans and systemic teaching and mentoring to bring your team from where it is to where it needs to be. We do this through a system of interviews, surveys, and communication with pastoral staff and congregation members to find areas that we can equip your team to be better and more focused on worshipping instead of all the challenges that may need to be worked through on a week-to-week basis. We desire to equip and train for scalability and consistency while engaging entry ramps for those that would desire to join the team going forward. This extends to the worship leader, vocals, band, and A/V teams based on the needs of each individual client.
WORSHIP CULTURE
CONSULTING
Worship goes way beyond the music and the stage and has a reverberating effect on your teams that lead and the congregation they serve. The integration of worship ministry and other pastoral teams is a core part of our consulting efforts to synergize and intentionally integrate global ministry efforts and purposes into the planning and teaching of worship to your church. The holistic approach we take aims at nurturing a culture of worship that extends beyond the weekly gathering and into the discipleship processes of the church. We believe that the corporate gathering is a key element of discipleship training to equip the congregation to walk in a healthy and vibrant lifestyle of worship. Additionally, we are able to come alongside your ministry in a season of transition within your worship ministry and create stabilization, structure, planning, team encouragement and training, and other key elements to take the team you have and allow them to lead well in that season of transition.
